Miami Bike Lawyer
When he is not successfully litigating personal injury cases, including bicycle and pedestrian accident cases, Eli Stiers can often be found in his community, advocating for the rights of cyclists and pedestrians in and around Miami. As an avid cyclist, runner and competitive triathlete who qualified for Team USA in his age group, Mr Stiers combines a love of the outdoors with his skills in communicating complex issues that he is passionate about to lobby government officials and business leaders on the need for safer streets to walk, run and ride on.
Having taken up the mantle of “Miami Bike Lawyer,” he has tirelessly fought for improvements to pedestrian and bicycle safety in Miami and Florida on the whole. Recently, he was instrumental in lobbying for changes to Florida’s hit-and-run laws, which culminated in the passage of the Aaron Cohen Life Protection Act.
Through his achievements in advocacy, he has been featured on numerous local news and radio broadcasts, and has been quoted in The New York Times, Bicycling Magazine, the Huffington Post, and multiple online media publications and internet blogs.
