Over the past two decades, Mr. Stiers has sought and won justice for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. His experience includes being a partner at a prominent Miami-based personal injury law firm before starting his own firm. Before that, Mr. Stiers worked for several years defending corporations and insurance companies and, as a result of this background, is uniquely positioned to offer his clients the benefit of his experience having worked on both sides of civil litigation disputes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stiers has helped individuals obtain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in personal injury cases, and has assisted many businesses in the defense of all manner of civil litigation. Demonstrating a proven track record through his efforts, he is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious associations of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, and fewer than 1% of all U.S. lawyers are members. By way of education and training, Mr. Stiers received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in 1999 from the University of Florida, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

In that regard, Mr. Stiers currently serves on the Citizens Independent Transportation Trust (CITT), and serves on the Board of The Underline Conservancy and the Board of the Florida Bicycle Association.
He has tirelessly fought for pedestrian and bicycle safety in Miami, and across Florida, and for his work in the community, Mr. Stiers was recognized as a “Best Newcomer” in Miami Today’s Best of Miami 2014 issue, and an “Unsung Hero” in Miami Today’s Best of Miami 2015 edition.
